Raw Hemp Seed Chocolate Fudge Balls

These are really easy to make, incredibly yummy and nutritious.

1 cup hulled hemp seeds
1/2 cup of raw cacao powder
Pinch of Himalayan rock salt
Dash of vanilla extract
1/4  cup of extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil, melted
6 medjool dates, pitted

Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and whiz until smooth.
Roll the mixture into balls.
Roll them in your choice of coating such as cacao powder or desiccated
coconut and set them in the fridge until firm.

Modifications I have made include adding walnut or macadamia nuts, replacing dates for dried figs.

Eat within 3 days as they tend to dry out if they’re around for any longer.
